How fast do orders ship?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 business hours. Delivery typically arrives 3–5 days after that.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently ship to the United States only. International expansion is on our roadmap.

What’s the return policy?

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.

Is my payment info safe?

Yes. All transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store card details.

Are these products tested with real dogs?

Every SKU we list is run through our handler test team before launch. We’d rather pull a product than ship something that won’t hold up.
