How quickly does an engagement start?

Most engagements begin within five business days of booking. Advisory calls and briefing notes are usually scheduled inside 48 hours.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

We work mainly with United States businesses. Engagements from clients outside the United States are accepted on request; delivery is remote, and where a printed copy of the deliverable is wanted it is sent by UPS Worldwide Expedited at cost. On-site work is arranged separately.

What if the engagement is not right for me?

If we have not started work, we refund in full within 30 days. If we have started and it is not landing, tell us and we will stop and settle fairly.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store card details.

Who actually does the work?

The practitioner who scopes your engagement delivers it. We keep the book small on purpose so that stays true.
