How quickly does an engagement start?

Most engagements begin within five business days of booking. Advisory calls and briefing notes are usually scheduled inside 48 hours.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

We currently take engagements from United States businesses only. Remote delivery is standard; on-site work is arranged separately.

What if the engagement is not right for me?

If we have not started work, we refund in full within 30 days. If we have started and it is not landing, tell us and we will stop and settle fairly.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All transactions run through PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store card details.

Who actually does the work?

The practitioner who scopes your engagement delivers it. We keep the book small on purpose so that stays true.
