How an engagement is delivered

Every engagement is delivered remotely by the practitioner who scoped it. Advisory calls and briefing notes are scheduled within 48 hours of booking; larger engagements begin within five business days. Each engagement ends in a written deliverable, sent to you electronically on completion.

Printed deliverables

Where a printed, bound copy of the deliverable is sent to your business address, it is shown as a separate shipping line on your order. Printed copies are sent by UPS (Ground or 2nd Day Air) within the United States and usually arrive within 3–5 business days of the engagement closing. International delivery is not offered as standard; where a client outside the United States books an engagement, a printed copy can be sent by UPS Worldwide Expedited at cost.

Refunds and cancellations

• If we have not yet started work on your engagement, you may cancel for a full refund within 30 days of booking.
• If work has started and the engagement is not landing, tell us: we will stop, and settle fairly for the work completed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the decision.
