By using ghostconsults.store or booking an engagement you agree to the following terms.

Engagements

Every engagement is scoped, priced and described before it is booked. Booking an engagement on this site is an offer to engage us on that scope; we confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an engagement, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and are paid in full at booking. Every booking is a single one-time charge: there are no subscriptions, retainers or recurring charges unless separately agreed in writing. If we discover a pricing error after a booking is placed, we will tell you before any work begins.

Deliverables

Each engagement ends in a written deliverable. Once delivered, the deliverable is yours to use within your business. Our advice is based on the information you give us; decisions taken on the basis of it remain yours.

Refunds and cancellations

Our refund terms are set out on the Delivery & Refunds page and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, is the property of Ghost Consults and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Ghost Consults is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from an engagement. Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the engagement in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
