About Ghost Consults

Ghost Consults is a management consulting practice working with owner-led businesses across the United States. We take a small number of engagements at a time so that the practitioner who scopes your work is the one who delivers it — there is no bench, and nothing gets handed down to someone you have not met.

How we work

• Every engagement is scoped and priced before it begins — you approve a deliverable, not an hourly rate.
• Each piece of work ends in a written document your team can act on without us in the room.
• No open-ended retainers. When the work is done, the engagement closes.

Our standard

Most consulting fails for the same reason: the advice is not specific enough to act on. We would rather answer one question properly than produce a deck that surveys five. If we do not believe an engagement will pay for itself, we will say so before you book it.
